Last week end was the water festival in Cambodia, meaning the staff and students of PSE we given a four day week end. Although the festival is known for being unique and exciting, Britt and I decided to take the opportunity to go to Sihanoukville, second largest city in Cambodia, located on the coast in the south west of the country. We spent four incredible days there tasting every beach barbeceue, bar and food stand that we could see and, full disclosure, spent most of the time lying on the beach like vegetables. It was truly the best. On Saturday, we spent the day on a boat and went around a couple of islands around the coast. We went snorkeling (my first time) and cliff jumping (my first and last time) and it was truly magical. The water was so clear and the corals so beautiful. I didn't like the 7 meters jump as much although I am proud of having done it and would probably do it again (in two years right now I'm still shaking). We got home Sunday night by the train (7 and a half hours didn't scare us off). It was so beautiful and we watched the sunset with our feet dangling from the train. The sunset was magical and the country side never fails to amaze me.
